Vehicle Sales and Services

All vehicle sales are subject to availability and our standard terms of sale. Prices are subject to change without notice until a binding purchase agreement is signed. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in vehicle descriptions, but all vehicles are sold "as inspected" with any disclosed conditions. Test drives are available by appointment and subject to valid driver's licence verification and insurance coverage.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or making inquiries. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our business operations. When visiting our premises, you agree to comply with all safety regulations and staff instructions.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
